Keep your vehicles ready for the workday.

Maintenance and repair support for gasoline and diesel fleets. Built around your vehicles, your schedule and the work ahead.

CARE FOR THE VEHICLES YOUR BUSINESS RELIES ON

Less time coordinating.
More time getting work done.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, delivery, landscaping and other service businesses depend on their vehicles. Discuss a maintenance and repair plan with the PAC team closest to your operation.

Build your fleet plan around:

  • Preventative maintenance and service intervals
  • Gasoline and diesel work-truck repair
  • Inspection findings and repair authorization
  • Maintenance planning and fleet account support
  • Scheduling priorities and downtime concerns

Priority scheduling, account arrangements and turnaround targets must be agreed with your selected shop. No blanket response time is promised.

START WITH YOUR VEHICLES

Build a plan around how the fleet works.

Vehicle list and operating conditions

Prepare a list of the vehicles you want to discuss, including year, make, model, engine or fuel type, mileage and a unit number if your business uses one. Note the work each vehicle performs, typical mileage, idling, towing or load requirements and any modifications. These details help the shop assess the requested work and whether the vehicle fits its equipment and service scope.

Maintenance history and what is due

Bring available records for oil and filter service, fluids, brakes, tires and previous repairs. Ask how the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements apply to your operating conditions. An unknown service history is a reason to establish a baseline, not to assume every component or fluid needs replacement.

New concerns and repeat problems

Record the driver’s description of a warning light, noise, starting problem, temperature change or handling concern. Include when it occurs and whether the vehicle has recently been repaired. Use the same unit number on the inquiry and records so a symptom reported by one driver stays connected to the correct vehicle.

AGREE ON THE WORKFLOW

Define decisions before a vehicle is down.

Inspection scope and repair approval

Identify who can authorize diagnostic work and repairs, who should receive updates and whether a purchase order or spending limit needs to be discussed. Agree on what should happen if an inspection finds additional work. Ask for the concern, findings, proposed repair and estimate to be distinguished clearly so the responsible person can make a decision.

Scheduling and downtime

Tell the team when each vehicle can be released and when your operation needs it back. Discuss whether maintenance visits can be staggered and how an unexpected repair would affect that plan. Inspection time, parts availability and repair scope can change timing. Confirm the plan for each vehicle; an account inquiry does not reserve capacity or guarantee priority or a completion time.

Records and account arrangements

Discuss the business name, vehicle identifiers and invoice references you need for your records. Confirm payment and account arrangements directly with the selected PAC shop before work begins. Fleet volume does not establish credit terms, discounts or a maintenance package automatically.

BEFORE YOU VISIT

A few useful answers.

Can I discuss a small fleet or one work vehicle?+

Share the number and type of vehicles with your preferred PAC location, even if you operate one work vehicle. Describe how the vehicles are used, the maintenance you want to plan and any current repair concerns. Ask the team which services and account arrangements fit your operation.

Are all gasoline and diesel commercial vehicles accepted?+

Confirm the exact vehicle and requested work with the selected shop. Include its year, make, model, fuel type, size and modifications or equipment that may affect access. A general diesel or fleet service description does not confirm support for every vehicle class, specialty system or repair.

How should we prioritize fleet maintenance and repairs?+

Start by identifying vehicles with current concerns, scheduled maintenance that is due and known operational deadlines. Ask the team which findings require attention before further use and which work can be planned. Business urgency alone cannot establish that a vehicle is safe to drive or that a repair can wait.

Does a fleet account include priority service or fixed turnaround?+

Priority service and turnaround targets need to be discussed and agreed directly with the PAC location performing the work. Ask about scheduling, parts availability and shop capacity before relying on a pickup date. Confirm the plan for each vehicle, including how the team will communicate changes after inspection.

What is the difference between a fleet inquiry and scheduling a vehicle?+

A fleet inquiry starts the conversation about your business, vehicle mix and ongoing maintenance needs. A vehicle visit concerns a particular vehicle and service. Use the fleet form for account inquiries, or Schedule a Fleet Vehicle for a visit request. Your shop must confirm availability and account arrangements.

What should our drivers and office staff have ready?+

Have the unit number or vehicle details, current mileage, reported concern, relevant service history and the repair approver’s contact details ready. Explain how updates and approvals should be handled. Confirm any purchase order, invoice-reference or payment requirements with the shop before the visit.
