1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services and transactions provided by PAC Automotive LLC (“PAC Automotive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By authorizing service, entering our facility, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Estimates and Repair Authorization
All estimates are based on initial inspection findings. If additional issues or costs are identified during service, you will be notified for approval prior to completion. Authorization may be granted verbally, electronically, or in writing.
3. Parts and Labor Warranty
PAC Automotive uses new OEM, high-quality aftermarket, or used components as approved by the customer.

Standard Warranty (New and Aftermarket Parts): All new and aftermarket parts installed by PAC Automotive include a 1-year or 12,000-mile warranty covering both parts and labor, unless otherwise stated.

Used Parts Warranty (Customer-Selected Coverage): Used parts installed by PAC Automotive include one of the following warranty options, depending on customer selection at the time of authorization:

30-Day Warranty: Parts-only coverage.

6-Month Warranty: Parts-only coverage.

1-Year Warranty: Parts-only coverage.

Warranty coverage excludes failures resulting from neglect, misuse, improper installation by third parties, or unrelated mechanical issues.

Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s own risk and carry no warranty on parts or labor.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, credit, and approved financing. Vehicles will not be released until all balances are paid in full. Returned or failed payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Storage Policy
Vehicles left more than three (3) business days after completion without prior arrangements will incur a $45 per-day storage fee.
Vehicles left beyond ten (10) days without communication may be considered abandoned under Texas law.
6. Customer Property
PAC Automotive is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings resulting from fire, theft, accident, or natural disaster. Customers are encouraged to remove all personal belongings prior to service.
7. Liability and Limitations
PAC Automotive shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of time, income, or use of vehicle. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services performed.
8. Marketing and Communications Consent
By entering PAC Automotive’s premises, submitting information online, or communicating via phone, text, or email, you consent to receive service updates, appointment reminders, estimates, invoices, and marketing messages.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or by contacting us directly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
10. Updates to Terms
PAC Automotive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
